Parent/Guardian must:

Notify the registrar at least one day in advance of their intent to withdraw their child

Complete the withdrawal papers in person, stating the reason for the request

Sign the request form in person
On the last day, the student must:
- Clean out locker
- Return laptop and power cord
- Return all textbooks to the registrar
- Return all library books and pay fines (if applicable)
- Clear balance in cafeteria account (either pay or receive refund)
- Turn in all athletic uniforms (if applicable)
