Update 9:19 a.m.: Power has now been restored at Colleyville Middle School, along with PDEC, Bridges and Vista. Our students will return to their normal schedule. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Update 9:02 a.m.: Oncor is on site and continues working to restore power. Our students and staff are doing a great job adapting to this unexpected interruption this morning due to the storm.

Update at 8:45 a.m.: Colleyville Middle School, along with PDEC, Bridges and Vista, remain without power. Students have been relocated to common areas for the time being. We are in communication with Oncor, and crews are en route to begin work to restore power. We will keep you updated as information becomes available.

Update 7:50 a.m.: Power has been restored at Cross Timbers Middle School and Grapevine High School. The area impacting Colleyville Middle School, the Professional Development and Education Center, Bridges and Vista, is still without power. We will continue to keep the impacted campuses informed of any updates.

Original Post 6:40 a.m.: Due to the overnight storms in the area, we are currently experiencing a power outage at multiple district facilities including Colleyville Middle School, Cross Timbers Middle School, Grapevine High School and the Professional Development and Education Center, which houses Bridges and Vista.

Our facilities team is in contact with Oncor, and they are working to have power restored as quickly as possible. All morning practices and campus extracurricular activities will begin at their regularly scheduled times unless you hear differently from your child’s sponsor or coach, and school will begin on time. A modified breakfast will also be served. We will keep you informed of updates as we receive them.
