Marlene is so kind, when I first started she was so helpful and took time out of her day to explain everything that I needed to know. She was the first staff member to take me under her wing and support me.
She also absolutely loves these kids. She will often say "I am worried about... I am wondering how we can help so and do better". She is committed to these kids not only being taken care of but committed to them getting a great education.
I have never seen her lose her patience or say anything unkind. These students know she will always be there for them. She is a fantastic wolfpack member.
Mrs. Smith has a crucial member of my classroom! She is always engaged in our classroom. She makes a positive impact on our room helping not only our SPED students but all students.
